Davina began her real estate career in 1997 and entered appraisal work in 2007. She earned her Certified General Appraiser designation by examination on November 15, 2013, and continues to hold an active Indiana real estate broker license.
Her practice now focuses on right-of-way appraisal. Assignments include work for INDOT, engineering firms representing INDOT, and Indiana municipalities, including Carmel, Whitestown, and Noblesville.

How are fees and delivery dates determined?
Fees and timing depend on the property, the appraisal problem, the required scope of work, and current workload. These are discussed before an assignment is accepted.
Do you handle estate, divorce, or other private appraisals?
Davina has experience with these assignments. Right-of-way appraisal is the current focus of the practice; other requests are considered based on the assignment and availability.
